We sell and ship to customers across Canada. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products and services to you. Online store terms

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material here is provided for general information only and should not be your sole basis for decisions without consulting better or more timely sources. Products, pricing and orders
Some products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them accurately. Prices and products are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice, and we will not be liable for any such change, suspension, or discontinuance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including the quantity purchased per person, household, or order, and to limit or prohibit sales by region or jurisdiction. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to notify you using the contact details you provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it up to date.
Off-road use and assumption of risk
Off-road only. You acknowledge that our e-bikes can exceed the 500 W limit for power-assisted bicycles in Canada and are therefore not authorized for use on public roads, bike lanes, trails, sidewalks, or other public rights-of-way. You agree to operate the product only on private property (for example, private land or a farm) where such use is permitted. Rules for electric bikes differ from province to province, and it is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.
Assumption of risk. You expressly assume all risks associated with operating the product, including personal injury, property damage, and equipment failure. You confirm that you are physically capable of operating it safely and that you will wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
Waiver, release and indemnification
Waiver and release. On behalf of yourself and your heirs, you release and hold harmless Cellra E-Bikes and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from your use or misuse of the product.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cellra E-Bikes against any third-party claim, cost, loss, or damage arising out of your use of the product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Optional tools and third-party links
We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control, provided "as is" without warranties. Any use of these tools is at your own risk. Our site may also include content or links from third parties; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, are the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, for any reason; obligations that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Mandatory acknowledgments
By placing an order, you certify that:
- You have read and understand these Terms, including the Off-Road Use, Assumption of Risk, Waiver, Release and Indemnification, and Limitation of Liability sections.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You agree to operate the product only on private property and entirely at your own risk.
Governing law
