Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery then typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location in Canada.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed, we'll email you a confirmation along with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. If you have specific delivery instructions, feel free to contact us at support@cellra.ca and we'll help.
Carriers we ship with
We only ship to addresses that can be served by one of the following carriers:
- Canpar
- UPS
- FedEx
Addresses we can't ship to
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, and we do not ship to remote communities. If you live in a remote community, please contact us at support@cellra.ca before placing your order so we can review the options with you.
